What is CoolTouch CTEV?
Targeted infrared energy
CoolTouch CTEV uses a 1320 nm wavelength designed to interact with water inside the vein walls. This helps the vein collapse safely from within.
Endovenous laser placement
A thin laser fiber is inserted directly into the vein and pulses as the fiber slowly moves through the unwanted vein. After the vein is collapsed, controlled heat seals it so blood can naturally reroute to healthier vessels.

Dr. Goldman is amazing! I came here for my permanent eyeliner removal (which is not offered anywhere near me), and they are completely removed in just one session. They use a special contact lens to protect your eyes from the laser, and there are no damages to my eyelashes. The healing was also nice and smooth. They have everything you need. I live almost 3 hours away, but it was totally worth the trip. For anyone who is looking to remove their permanent makeup, this is the right place to go :)-

CoolTouch CTEV is designed for unwanted leg veins up to one inch in width, including varicose veins and certain blue veins on the calf, thigh, and knee. This makes it a reliable option for patients seeking a minimally invasive endovenous laser treatment in San Diego.
The system delivers infrared energy inside the vein. This causes the vein to collapse and seal, allowing the body to redirect blood flow to healthier veins. Over time, the treated vein disappears and no longer contributes to symptoms. Individual results may vary.
