What to Expect from ThermiTight in San Diego
ThermiTight is performed in our operating suite using local anesthesia, with sedation offered when appropriate. The procedure allows radiofrequency energy to tighten skin and is often done alongside fat removal in the treated area. Bruising and swelling are normal and most noticeable during the first 3 to 7 days, then gradually improve. Patients typically resume light activities the following day.

Dr. Goldman is amazing! I came here for my permanent eyeliner removal (which is not offered anywhere near me), and they are completely removed in just one session. They use a special contact lens to protect your eyes from the laser, and there are no damages to my eyelashes. The healing was also nice and smooth. They have everything you need. I live almost 3 hours away, but it was totally worth the trip. For anyone who is looking to remove their permanent makeup, this is the right place to go :)-

ThermiSculpt³ Neck Contouring is an advanced approach to improving definition along the neck and jawline by addressing multiple contributors to aging in this area. While Thermi RF technology plays a key role in tightening lax skin, optimal neck contouring often requires more than skin tightening alone. For this reason, ThermiSculpt³ commonly incorporates microliposculpture to address excess submental fat and refine overall shape.

ThermiTight FAQ
ThermiTight delivers controlled radiofrequency energy beneath the skin to contract tissue and stimulate collagen remodeling. The heat is carefully regulated to tighten skin without damaging the surface. Over time, this process strengthens the underlying support structure. Results continue to improve gradually as collagen develops.
The treatment area is fully numbed using injected lidocaine to ensure comfort throughout the procedure. Most patients do not require sedation because local anesthesia is highly effective. Some soreness and tenderness are expected afterward. Discomfort typically improves each day during recovery.
Bruising and swelling are normal and most noticeable during the first week following treatment. Compression garments are used to help reduce swelling and support tissue contraction. Most patients return to light activities the next day. More strenuous activities are usually resumed within several days.
A chin strap or ace wrap is applied depending on the area treated. Surgical tape should remain in place unless your physician provides instructions to remove it. Compression helps manage swelling and supports the tightening process. Detailed aftercare instructions are reviewed before discharge.
Some tightening may be noticed early, but results continue to develop over several weeks to months.
