Cosmetic Laser Dermatology is at the forefront of laser and cosmetic surgery research. Our board-certified dermatologists have been a part of over 280 studies since 1984 and are in constant pursuit of advancing the field of cosmetic and laser dermatology.
Eligible participants may receive free treatment and/or additional compensation for their involvement in the full duration of the trial.

Learn what it's like to be enrolled in our studies
Participating in a clinical trial is not unlike going to a doctor’s appointment. You will meet with the coordinator and investigator for the trial to determine whether you are eligible to participate in the trial, which may require lab work or additional evaluations. Once enrolled, participants attend a treatment visit to receive the medication or treatment, which may take 30 minutes to two hours depending on the medication, injectable product, laser or device that is being tested. In order to monitor the results, participants may be asked to return for a follow-up appointment weekly, monthly, or every three months, depending on the treatment.
In many cases, clinical trial sponsors often provide participants with compensation for their time. To participate in additional studies, participants must wait at least 30 days after concluding a trial before they can be considered eligible.

Dr. Goldman is amazing! I came here for my permanent eyeliner removal (which is not offered anywhere near me), and they are completely removed in just one session. They use a special contact lens to protect your eyes from the laser, and there are no damages to my eyelashes. The healing was also nice and smooth. They have everything you need. I live almost 3 hours away, but it was totally worth the trip. For anyone who is looking to remove their permanent makeup, this is the right place to go 🙂
Dr. Butterwick is fantastic, all of her team as well. They make sure your experience is pleasant and painless as possible. My tattoo removal and my injectables look amazing. I highly recommend her for any skin treatment.

This office is awesome. My visit today was with Dr. Groff. His bed side manner is so fun and welcoming. He understood my concerns and recommended a treatment plan that I feel was reasonable. I love his staff! They take there time to make sure you understand the treatment and after care. Everyone in the office, from the front desk to the nurses in the back, are so friendly and beautiful.
