Visiting from Out of Town?
You don’t need to live in Southern California to access world-class care. With patients from across the country and around the world, we offer virtual staff consultations via phone and Zoom.
Phone and Zoom Consultations
Enjoy a 1:1 consultation with one of our expert staff members from the comfort of your own home to determine whether an in-person visit is the best next step. Once you’ve completed an initial consultation with our staff, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.
Scheduling from out of town may take more time than if you live locally, so it’s important to connect with our team and learn more about the treatments available at our office. Every member of our staff is an expert in providing detailed information about our treatments. Expect a consultation fee for your Zoom visit that will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.
This visit is not a replacement for an in-person consultation. During your call, you may submit photos of your problem or skin condition for our dermatologists to review before your in-person visit. This initial call gives you and our team an opportunity to prepare for your care before we meet you, so we can get straight to planning your treatment.
